Which diet is the best?
I saw Oprah yesterday on TV and I must say she looks quite “big”. Now she has been showing people diets a plenty, so the question really is: do diets work and if so: which diet is the best?
There is only 1 answer to that question: the best diet for you is the diet that works for you!
How do you know? If you don’t have a clue about yourself…(if you don’t know what motivates you that is…) then you need to try each diet them 1 by 1. Once you see a diet brings you the "promised’ results and you feel good with it, you stick to it. Otherwise you need to:
- find out why this diet is not good for you
- look for other diets that don’t have this "negative factor" you just discovered above.
