Weight loss pills from China
I am continuously trying to loose some pounds. Once they are off, on they come again…
I have tried a couple of diet pills including one from China that was eventually banned! Go figure!
It was supposed to be “totally natural” but well, it seems it was not.
I was fortunate that I only took it for a short while and after reading about a young mother who died taking the pills, I took the pills and flushed them down the toilet! That was a scare…
So if one day you think you found the miracle pill: question the following:
- is it FDA approved?
- what does your local doctor think?
- do you know friends and or family members that take it?
- Google
Do weight loss pills work? From experience I know some do in certain cases. Yet I am worried about possible long term effects of any medicine. So anything in pills these days makes me worry about long term effects.
