Walking for weight loss
In my non ending quest to lose some weight, I think I should definitely look for a safe and healthy weight loss program that I can stay with the plan for life. Losing the excess weight of a few pounds is easy but to keep it off is totally another matter. Once the weight is back one will get disillusioned and frustrated.
What really matters is whether our input is in balance with our daily energy output.
Here are some useful tips given to me by my friends:
The first thing in the morning it is important to take some lukewarm water preferably filtered or bottled. - Then have a big breakfast and you should eat organic fruits and foods.
- Drink sufficient water throughout the day.One good indication as to whether you have drunk enough water is that your urine should be almost colourless.
- Take a walk outside for about an hour. It can just be a walk at your usual pace.
- Last but not the least try not to eat after 7pm.
We all need to lose all the excess weight that we carry if we don’t want to have health issues later on. It can also impact on one’s emotional state and self-esteem so if you keep focused you will be on your way to a healthy life.
