scaleNo, I am not digging in old and forgotten music groups from the big continent, but I am talking about my diet: my weight is not going up, nor is it going down. I just hope my scale is not blocked in one way or another :-)

So that’s it: another weekend gone, but the weight kept on :-) Sounds funny, but I wished both would be the opposite: still weekend and loosing some weight at the same time…

For all I can think of is that my fat is changing into muscles (or so I wish…). I am still doing brisk walks with my friend twice a week during lunch time, and in the evenings I have aerobic sessions also twice a week.

Going on the treadmill so far is only for during the weekends, as in the evenings I am still a couch potato…

I didn’t change my eating habits much, just that I don’t have snacks late in the evening anymore.

Something is not quite right in my diet, maybe it’s my food intake that needs some deeper analysis…
