More green tea – less pounds

Again another 2 pounds gone in another 2 weeks thanks to my interpretation of the many active weight loss programs out there:
- my Negative calorie diet plan diet list I compiled in one of my previous posts
- my breakfast follows the Japanese banana diet : in short: I start my day eating bananas and
- I added to that drinking only green tea.
I must say although I love green tea, drinking only green tea is a bit of a challenge, especially when I love to go out in the evenings… not all pubs serve green tea and I can’t keep on going to Japanese restaurants unless I start selling my apartment…
I stress on drinking the tea and not on eating green tea supplements. I believe the whole idea about drinking tea is:
- to have a tasty drink and
- to NOT have a fizzy or alcoholic drink!
Eating green tea supplements would kind of eliminate the 2 advantages I just mentioned above. And it is said that green tea has breast cancer reducing effects, which is an added bonus.
I surely need to have a deeper look in finding out which foods prevent cancer. It’s no point in looking good but inside you are feeding a cancer…
Now another important thing about a diet is: can you stick to it? If not, then you need to find a diet that suits you better.
For myself, I am sure I wont be able to stick to only drinking green tea, but I am going to try my best until the holiday season starts to loose as much weight as possible.
Because we all know: the end of the year most like means the end of your diet…
