Exercise Treadmill

Did you know that working out on an exercise treadmill reduces your stress and makes you live longer?
The latter I didn’t know but I do know that exercise and fitness reduces stress. How did I find out?
Simple: I got extra work in the office, which is always the case in June. So it’s not extra stress, it’s just extra work. That results in:
- coming home later,
- feeling exhausted and
- not feeling like going on the treadmill each and every day.
That resulted in sleepless nights as my mind keeps on running around: a typical sign of being stressed out.
Which exercise equipment is best?
What do you do when you don’t have exercise equipment?
- if you like running, you buy a treadmill. Just make sure the tread is broad before you listen to all the fancy things the salesman is telling you about
- if you don’t like running, you could buy a bike
- if you don’t want to spend any money, your stairs are the ideal exercise equipment in your house or apartment!
Not doing my treadmill exercises makes me even more tired because of stress and lack of sleep. Not to mention I feel hungry waking up in the middle of the night…
Seems I have no choice to start doing my daily treadmill exercise 6 days a week again, no matter how tired I feel.
