Do certain foods cause upper back pain?

Did you know you can solve upper back pain by changing your diet? Of course you didn’t, otherwise you wouldn’t bother reading this
First you need to know that our body isn’t pure mathematics, cause and consequence. It’s a whole system of organisms that is made to make you move and that lives on food and fresh air.
Food and fresh air
Just stop breathing for 20 seconds and you will understand how important air is. So the more fresh it becomes, the better for your system. Why Obama still waits until 2012 to start lowering emissions on cars is a mystery, unless you know that as a smoker he couldn’t care less about fresh air.
Food is the other fundament of our body. And when you only eat junk food, then no wonder your body feels like an old piece of junk as well.
Back pain and food
Back pain is a signal telling us that something is wrong and it should be fixed. And if you don’t fix it, your body will increase the pain until you start listening.
Of course you can act smart and take painkillers, but that will only make things worse.
You should find out the cause of your pain and doing anything you can to solve it.
We said : anything you can, and not a quick fix: take this pill and that’s it. Everything you can means also changing your diet habits.
A lot of pain will go away when you start eliminating "inflammatory foods" from your meal plans. Back pain gone not instantly but in a few weeks.
In the table above you can see which foods will reduce inflammations and the pain that comes with it and which foods to avoid.
Controlling inflammation will help to alleviate back pain. And you get the picture: changing your diet will not only benefit your back but also your overal health.
Not only changing your diet but change everything: that could include your matras but most likely that should include more exercise!
