Especially when Angelina would have said: "generous amounts of ‘whoopee’ with her husband played a key part in the diet!". Which comes to mind that we do need a partner to keep thin, but what to do if you can’t find a partner because you are not thin? Or your partner love to sit in the sofa like you not moving an inch on any level…

Anyway, when dieting for her movie Tomb Raider Angelina Jolie is said to be drinking certain amounts of water, taking vitamin pills, and lifting some weights.

Now the latter is very, very important: fat just sits in your body, as that’s the whole idea of fat: storing energy for times in need.

Muscles on the other hand just burn energy, even when they are not doing anything! So yes, you can lose weight by sitting in the sofa if before that you do lots of exercise building up muscles!
