Weight loss tip

Yesterday evening I saw on TV a show that gives you general tips how to lose weight and one interesting “tip” I got was that if you eat your meals with a smaller plate then you would tend to eat less.
On top of that you are supposed to eat slowly and savor every morsel [...]

Maybe my scale broke down…

Well, no pain no gain. Euhm… no pain no loss in my case Well, I have not been exercising at all due to my recent flu.
Not to say I was sitting in my sofa most of the time fighting of a flu, which meant mostly: taking a nap…. Not really a good idea [...]
