As you know by now, I want to loose weight by moving more and eating healthy. I am inspired by the so called zone diet, although I am not really following that diet. It’s the idea that counts

I was watching Oprah yesterday and I keep on thinking: gosh: that’s also not the person to get weight loss motivation from.
