  • What do I think about green tea?

    First and foremost I love the taste of jasmine green tea, but then I love jasmine soap as well, but that doesn’t make me able to wash of the fat :-)

    The Chinese say that after a meal with lots of fat, you should drink Chinese tea in order to cleanse your body from the fatty food intake.

    Personally I think it is all much more simple: when you drink healthy drinks like water or green tea, you reduce the consumption of the way too much sugar containing carbonated soft drinks. Less sugar means less energy, means your body is not going to store the fat it just consumed.

    On top of that: the more water you have in your body, the less there is space for anything else :-) Although water makes me craving for food, when I drink tea this craving is much less, so grean tea doesn’t make me slim, but the idea of not having a need for food does!

    I wonder what Doctor Oz would say about my 2 cents medical advice :-)
